Main Street Winamac is a group of passionate of community members dedicated to honoring our passed by building a vibrant downtown through programs and projects that will enhance the quality of life for our residents, strengthen opportunities for our businesses, and create a memorable experience for those who visit.
This is completed through the four pillars of Main Street America.
This pillar aims to strengthen existing economic assets and diversify the economic base of the commercial district.
This pillar focuses on enhancing the physical appearance of the commercial district, including storefronts, public spaces, and infrastructure, while also considering the unique assets of the area.
This pillar focuses on creating a strong foundation for sustainable revitalization efforts, including cultivating partnerships, community involvement, and securing resources for the district.
This pillar involves marketing the commercial district’s assets to attract customers, potential investors, businesses, local citizens, and visitors.
